After deciding to move forward with the project, our design process begins. As your dedicated renovation contractorand residential contractor, we initiate what we call the "PROJECT PACKAGE"—a personalized experience where you work one-on-one with our in-house designer.
During this phase, our experienced contractors and builders collaborate with you to finalize all critical details, including floor plans, millwork layouts, and material selections. This ensures that your project reflects your vision while meeting budget, code, and timeline requirements.

Our next meeting will Gove the design package in detail. We will also show you the 3D walkthrough of the project. this is a unique feature that allows us to to place furniture and different finishes

Moving forward we will not schedule the project. You will be given a start date and a pre renovation list so you are also prepared.

Our team of experienced contractors and builders will begin work on the scheduled start date. As your trusted renovation contractor and residential contractor, we ensure that you're fully informed throughout the construction process.
You will have access to the daily tasks and milestones outlined in your customized work schedule and design package. While some changes may arise during the project, rest assured—our work schedule is continuously updated to reflect adjustments, and all communication remains clear and transparent on both ends.

The project is completed and ready for move in. Our cleaning team will ensure house is spotless from top to bottom. As shown in the payment schedule there will be a holdback to ensure customer satisfaction. Any deficiencies will be fixed and customer satisfaction guaranteed before teh final payment will be made.
